- Strong understanding of data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements
- Experience in driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written
