A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director (Retail Media) to drive new merchant adoption of its post-transaction monetization platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market DTC and online retail brands, from outreach to onboarding
- Prospect and qualify accounts that align with the company's commerce media solution
- Build relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful launches
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce enablement
- Proven success in closing deals with mid-market brands, comfortable with 6-figure contracts
- Deep understanding of the online retail ecosystem and challenges faced by DTC brands
- Experience selling to senior marketing and eCommerce executives with consultative proposals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling methodologies
