Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs to support organizational technology initiatives
- Manage multiple learning initiatives and assess training needs to identify skill gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and support change management initiatives
Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a technology-related field
- Previous experience with CRM Training, with Salesforce or D365 being a plus
- Strong understanding of technology, systems, and current learning and development methodologies
- Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs, including knowledge of adult learning principles
