Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Advisor to support and guide students in an online high school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned students, addressing academic concerns and supporting their growth
• Conduct frequent advising meetings to review academic progress and provide guidance on educational and career plans
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and collaborate with staff to identify and support students in need of intervention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in a student-facing role
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new educational platforms
• Proficiency in responsible use of AI tools to enhance efficiency in education
