Epic Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Interface Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new interfaces and enhancements for Epic applications and ancillary systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems and analyze solutions to support client business processes
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify workflow impacts and provide training as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years of college in Information Systems, Clinical Engineering, or related fields
• Two years of application maintenance/development experience in system integration may substitute for degree requirements
• Five years of applicable work experience, with three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Expertise in healthcare messaging formats (e.g., HL7, XML, ANSI x12)
• Current certification in Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (must be attained within six months of hire)
