Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CSDM in a commercial global enterprise
• Analyze and re-engineer existing processes and organization structures
• Provide guidance on enterprise ITSM systems and facilitate continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in ServiceNow deployments
• ServiceNow Certifications in Administration, Implementation, CMDB, and Data Foundations
• Experience with ServiceNow CSDM deployment at the enterprise level
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to build positive working relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
