Key Responsibilities
- Implement frameworks to measure and mitigate potential inequities in user experience
- Define and evaluate key metrics in unstructured problem spaces, developing insights on what influences these metrics
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and manage complex projects
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and analytics tools
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana
- Strong understanding of issues related to bias, discrimination, and systemic inequities
