Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERP Application Support Specialist to join their Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through various communication channels to resolve issues and enhance client engagement
- Analyze data to recommend improvements in customer service procedures and optimize service levels
- Document actionable bugs and maintain accurate records of customer communications and service reports
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B application support, including diagnosing and resolving application errors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and SQL database query writing
- Experience with ERP/PPS systems and ideally exposure to the Fenestration or Flat Glass Fabrication industry
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
