ERP Specialist (Prophet 21)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a P21 Specialist to administer and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 Cloud ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 Cloud ERP system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and propose ERP solutions
• Lead training efforts for end-users, especially those migrating from Eclipse

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP administration or equivalent experience
• Strong Prophet 21 experience required
• Expertise in modules such as EDI, PDW, POD, Avalara, Phocas, etc
• Solid understanding of Dynachange, data workflows, and user permissions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
