Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist IV to manage complex complaints and escalations from members or providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
- Maintain relationships between departments to ensure effective issue resolution
- Document and respond to all assigned complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience
- Experience in a Supervisor or Lead role is highly preferred
- Preferred experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Long Term Care
