Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Oversight Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with external tax, insurance, and flood vendors
• Validate and reconcile disbursements for tax and insurance vendors
• Prepare legal documentation for tax parcel verification and monitor timely payments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience in mortgage banking or financial industry
• Previous experience with mortgage loan servicing systems preferred
