Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator to support their estimation team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
• Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs and collaborate with US-based clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
• Proficiency in estimation software such as PlanSwift, CostX, or Bluebeam
• Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
• Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
