EV Automotive Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EV Automotive Technician Call Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
• Utilize a defined six-step diagnostic process to resolve automotive issues
• Communicate product issues and provide technical support to team members as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) required
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or Hybrid vehicles preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, as well as basic PC software skills
