Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual meetings and trainings for over 10,000 advisors annually
- Manage agendas and speakers for 100+ key events and virtual trainings
- Oversee live events and ensure consistent execution across markets
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event planning or as an administrative assistant
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment
- Proficient organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency with Zoom and Teams
