Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage detailed project plans for marketing initiatives and events
- Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, and internal meetings
- Evaluate and evolve booth design and onsite experience to enhance brand engagement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing or marketing coordination, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
- Working knowledge of Hubspot, Outreach, and basic marketing automation systems
- Experience in setting up file management or storage systems
- Ability to travel for event setup approximately once a month
- Understanding of the sales funnel and performance metrics tracking
