Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the development and implementation of processes to protect the quality and integrity of professional certification programs
- Lead the team supporting exam security and oversee internal audits for compliance with quality standards
- Manage large-scale audits and drive ongoing process improvements related to digital security
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT Security or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with investigative processes and legal parameters of investigations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, including performance management and development support
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing audits and process improvements in digital security
- Preferred experience in the international testing/credentialing industry
