Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee quality assurance processes and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain customer QA environments while performing testing for new implementations and change requests
• Define, develop, maintain, and execute test scripts, ensuring functional requirements are met and managing defects through an online tracking tool
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new QA resources, while coordinating with internal teams to clarify requirements and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, with 5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience
• Demonstrated experience with software QA best practices and testing within the healthcare industry
• Experience in healthcare claim processing and analyzing requirement documents to create test cases
• Proficiency in managing defect triage processes and troubleshooting technical issues related to testing
• Familiarity with command line utilities, remote desktop clients, and XML processing
