Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP of Communications & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations for the VP
- Coordinate administrative functions, including document management and communication with internal teams
- Assist with project tracking and support organizational initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or relevant certification is a plus
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in high-volume calendar and travel management
- Experience working in a non-profit organization, preferably in an international context
- Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
