Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative functions, including scheduling travel and meetings for executives
- Perform support tasks with minimal supervision while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Maintain calendar organization and de-conflict competing appointments
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in calendar management and preparing expense reports
- 2+ years of experience using the Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of executives and clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material
- High school diploma or GED
