Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to support volunteer strategies for habitat conservation in the Great Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze chapter activities and draft reports summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Support chapter meetings and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams on engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, ecology, natural resource management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, volunteer management, and nonprofit administration
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and implement anti-racist practices
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles
