Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multiple groups to answer clinical questions and collect necessary data for assessments
• Coordinates communication of case decisions to relevant healthcare professionals
• Reviews cases and provides clinical decisions regarding Prior Authorizations and related requests

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Pharmacist in state of residence
• Minimum 1 year of experience; 2-5 years preferred
• Knowledge of Access, Power Point, and Visio is preferable
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
• License Pharmacist
