Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication
- Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative duties to ensure smooth company operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing startup environment and able to pivot quickly when necessary
