Job Summary

A company is looking for a PM Charge Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily nursing operations to ensure optimal patient care
• Respond to escalated RN cases and provide guidance on complex patient issues
• Oversee triage processes and ensure timely communication with providers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Active nursing license in the relevant state
• Experience in a nursing leadership role preferred
• Knowledge of triage protocols and patient care standards
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and urgent communications effectively
