Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior executives in managing schedules and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for multiple senior vice presidents and schedule team meetings across various time zones
- Coordinate with the Administration team for management meetings, travel arrangements, and team offsite events
- Assist with ad hoc projects, communications, and process expense reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of executive administrative experience
- Experience working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Must be a self-starter with a resourceful and adaptable mindset
