Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international business travel
- Perform routine administrative duties and assist with special projects and additional assignments
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Extensive experience with calendar management and call coordination
- Experience in arranging business travel and preparing travel itineraries
- Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Must be tech savvy and able to maintain confidentiality
