Certified Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst II to manage billing, follow-up, and issue resolution for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop reports to identify trends in charge/coding capture and recommend enhancements
• Monitor revenue integrity activities and ensure compliance with regulations and payer guidelines
• Assist in training and onboarding new associates while overseeing productivity and work assignments

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field or two years of relevant experience
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within three months of hire
• One additional certification as a coder through AAPC, AHIMA, or HFMA
• Three years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations in an acute and medical office
• Bachelor's Degree and proficiency in EPIC are preferred
