Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of 30, including 5 direct reports
• Manage operational and technical aspects of the organization
• Facilitate the transition from RPA to Agentic Process Automation

Required Qualifications

• Greater than 15 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on experience in RPA and transitioning to Agentic Process Automation
• Exposure to modern tools and frameworks like CREW AI and Vertex AI
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in relevant fields
