Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Late Development Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one or more cross-functional Late Development Teams (LDTs) to establish and execute product strategy from proof of concept to approval
- Develop global Integrated Product Development Plans (iPDPs) for governance approval and oversee contributions for regulatory filings
- Collaborate with functional area leaders to align development strategy and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Over 15 years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
- Proven experience in late-phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions
- Experience managing collaborations and alliances in a strategic multi-functional environment
- Demonstrated leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives
