Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Operational Strategy, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capacity planning and deliverables for the FSP Department
• Develop processes and tools to ensure high-quality deliverables and oversee department metrics
• Lead communication with stakeholders and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or MS highly preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in CRO, biotech/pharma, or life sciences business development
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong business acumen, including strategic planning and project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain effective working relationships
