Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead a U.S.-based nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-term goal setting, strategic planning, and execution in collaboration with the board of directors
• Drive fundraising and development by cultivating relationships with supporters, donors, and partners
• Ensure program effectiveness and compliance across core focus areas including education and disaster response

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably at the executive level
• Demonstrated success in business development and program management
• Solid understanding of finance, compliance, and program delivery
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
