Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensing Coordinator to provide administrative support for corporate licensing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit license applications, renewals, and updates
- Maintain insurance licenses for entities and team members
- Act as a liaison for licensees, ensuring all applications are complete
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Recommended SILA-Associate level licensing training courses
- INS classes are a plus but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
