Field Partner Programs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Partner Programs Readiness Manager to drive partner training and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage theater training credits and vouchers, including reporting and utilization tracking
• Oversee CrowdConnect partner training events and coordinate with regional marketing teams
• Deliver new hire training on programs and processes, and provide ongoing field Alliance support

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Partner/Channel Operations or Partner readiness/programs
• Proven expertise in LMS management
• Proficiency in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity
• Demonstrated capability in task optimization and prioritization
