Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations for clients in a growing financial services segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team operations
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
