Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budget and oversee financial forecasting and reporting
- Coordinate and support the annual audit process and manage vendor contracts
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to ensure efficient financial tracking of contributions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
- 5+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization
- Understanding of nonprofit financial standards, audits, and compliance
- Experience with budget development and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial management tools such as Excel and QuickBooks
