Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses, ensuring value and insights are delivered
• Oversee financial processes, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and payroll recording
• Manage monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client meetings with insights and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
