A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the firm's billing system and maintain internal billing rates
• Serve as primary contact with banking, oversee financial transactions, and manage pension plan audits
• Prepare financial reports, coordinate multi-office financial information, and supervise the accounting department staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 10+ years of experience, with Public Accounting and CPA highly preferred
• Experience in a law firm is required
