Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to manage financial change orders within their Pharmacy Benefit Management division.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the financial impact of plan design changes and develop new analytical models
- Support the development and user acceptance testing of analytical tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper controls for client benefit design and formulary changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement, or equivalent experience and education
- 2+ years of experience in the above areas, including 1+ year with PBM data or financial analysis
- Recent graduates from top-tier colleges with relevant internship experience will be considered
