A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead finance transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement
- Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state operating models for finance organizations
- Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP systems and analytics tools
Required Qualifications
- Six plus years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operations
- Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems and automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- CPA, CFA, or PMP certification is a plus
