Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement
• Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state operating models for finance organizations
• Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP systems and analytics tools

Required Qualifications

• Six plus years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation
• Strong understanding of finance processes and operations
• Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• CPA, CFA, or PMP certification is a plus
