Senior Non-QM Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter with a Pacific Time Zone work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service to internal and external clients while maintaining quality standards
• Underwrite new loan files per departmental standards and review conditions within specified turn times
• Utilize the operating system for underwriting decisions and maintain clear communication regarding file conditions

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3 years of recent Non-QM Underwriting experience in a retail or wholesale environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of Non-QM program guidelines
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific time
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives, Account Managers, Loan Officers, and Loan Processors
• Solid time management skills and proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
