Key Responsibilities

• Model cost trends and rebate structures to support enterprise planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product design and pricing strategies for financial sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant financial experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or quantitative analysis roles
• Proven experience in rebate forecasting and pharmacy financial analytics
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is highly desirable
