Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Affairs Manager to oversee financial operations within the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct financial operations, including budgeting and accounting functions
- Construct projections of income and expenses, prepare yearly budgets, and provide financial reports to leadership
- Develop and implement internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- 5 years of related experience in financial or accounting positions
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in healthcare finance is preferred
- Master's Degree in Business is preferred
