Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives
- Ensure financial reporting and operations comply with organizational and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits and track variances between financial projections and actual results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or claims-related finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in insurance, claims operations, or TPA environments is a plus
