A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate, responsible for completing the financial clearance process and assisting patients with their financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and collecting necessary information for pre-registration
- Verify insurance eligibility and document information accurately in the system
- Provide price estimates and inform patients about financial assistance options when needed
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience with Insurance and/or Benefit Verification
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Associate or Vocational degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in healthcare settings, particularly with insurance verification and clinical documentation, is preferred
