Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to support and manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and services for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and manage their day-to-day servicing needs
- Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and enhance their experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and maintain quality service
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
