Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to lead its financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the FP&A function, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance revenue and profitability

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in financial systems implementation and process automation
• Experience with M&A integration and post-acquisition reporting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred
