Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company-wide financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into strategic initiatives and operational plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and data visualization tools
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
