Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant PEO Retirement Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support adopters in selecting plan design options and collecting necessary prior plan documents
- Provide ongoing consultation to existing adopting employers for plan amendments and prepare plan design illustrations
- Build relationships with key plan professionals and collaborate with teams to support customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- FINRA 6 & 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan market, preferably in account management or plan design consultation
- Experience with MEP, PEP, and/or PEO market preferred
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline preferred
- Understanding of retirement plan pricing
