A company is looking for a Sr Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and data analysis for large clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review space requirements and create conceptual plans for clients
- Produce detailed drawings and presentations for project reviews
- Manage occupancy data and conduct space evaluations to ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards for problem-solving
- Ability to apply technical experience to review solutions and make judgments
