Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email regarding annuity products and services
- Research and provide status updates on policy provisions, errors, and application discrepancies
- Educate Financial Service Representatives on market requirements and annuity products
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts during operational hours
- Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to exceptional care
