Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Contract Registered Nurse Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management for patients in an acute care setting
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and understand patients' medical needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of recent acute care case management experience or 2-3 years of ICU/strong Med-Surg experience
• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• Certification in Case Management, Nursing, or Utilization Review is preferred
